We are a small business and our telephones aren’t manned all day, every day. It’s nearly always quicker to email us than leaving an answer machine message … or, please check out our info page, birthday party page, schools page or FAQs for the answer to most questions.

We are open every day except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day and we only close in very exceptional weather e.g. if the lanes are blocked with snow.

If trying to reschedule a visit that you have booked, please email us as we require the request in writing. We do not accept requests unless made 2 hours or more before booking. Please see your confirmation email and our info page for our full policy. We do not accept telephone requests.

Please arrive, when possible, along the lane from the A4091. We are signposted from that direction. Other routes to us are a trickier drive, especially for coaches.
